Energy Services Group offers a full array of services for new construction. We are an Energy Star partner who can work with builders to model the home to the Energy Star standards or code compliance. We perform the plan rating, insulation and air sealing inspections and perform the testing to certify the home.

The HERS (Home Energy Rating Score) rating is another way to verify the energy efficiency of the home. We rate the home based on the plan set and equipment installed. Then we perform the insulation and air sealing inspections and the required blower door and duct leakage testing on homes, and we perform code compliance testing.

We specialize in air sealing homes to exceed the building code air tightness standards. We look at the home overall and will provide feedback if we see something that we feel might be an issue down the road.

With the testing equipment we use every day, we can troubleshoot problem areas in the home that are not comfortable to the homeowners and come up with a plan to resolve the issue.
